The 18 U.S.C 2257 Statement is a legal announcement that: (1) a website showing the Statement truly affirms that the depictions of persons on its website are in compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257; (2) the website makes it clear that all models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at the website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions; (3) an address is published where such records of proof are held.
The Owners of Chum Forum have appointed Administrators to ensure nothing UNDERAGE is posted in Chum Forum. The Administrators check rigorously as many of the daily posts as possible to ensure the policies of the Owners are observed.
The guidelines which Chum Forum Administrators and Members use are those in the U.S.C 2257 legal statement and everyone is aware of the UNDERAGE policies of the Owners.
Chum Forum Rule Number 01 is very specific in its terms of enforcement of the policies of the Owners and about any infringement of these policies.
If an Administrator considers a depiction to contain UNDERAGE material he will remove it immediately without any notice being served to the poster(s) or anyone else.

Do not post nor make a request for anything that contains or may contain UNDERAGE modelling.
For example, but not limited to: descriptive text; stories; avatars; images; photographs; videos; clips; film titles; any websites; that show models clothed or nude under the age of 18 in implied or explicit sexual or erotic situation or any other situation.
Please Note: There are borderline images and websites which Chum Forum may choose to ban. Posts showing borderline images or websites will be deleted without notice. If you have doubts about the legality of an image or a website that you are considering to post then do not post it.
If any models posing nude look underage Chum Forum will assume it is Child Pornography regardless of any Age Declaration made by the website owner.
